Proposed features may include a community garden,  Barn for residence vehicle storage, boats jetskis motorcycles ATVs or whatever. Bird watch observation tower (there is a registered Bald Eagles Nest about 300 yards from the property line)  Nature trails, Picnic gazebos and grilling areas. No pool is scheduled for the community which will save money on maintenance, insurance and operations costs for the resident group. Private hot tubs on decks may be interesting features.
